How to use　BUSHI®

The bonito flakes used in BUSHI, after being shaved for BUSHI, all the remaining parts become bonito flake products such as dashi powder and hanakari (flower-shaving). Bonito flakes are a sustainable ingredient with no waste.

You can sharpen it. It’s not a disposable item either.
If you send us the parts with the blade attached, we will exchange them for products that have already been sharpened (for a fee).
You can also purchase new ones, but it’s a waste to replace blades that can still be used after sharpening.
At BUSHI, we recommend sharpening.
